Company Overview
We are a company in the meat sector located in Celrà, a town in the Province of Girona. Our facilities are about 50 km from the French border and between 50 and 100 km from maritime loading docks.
All animals processed at our plant come from genetic and nutritional studies based on market needs. Because of this, we ensure high consistency and quality in the pork products we supply.
We started our commercial activity as a cutting plant in October 2011. From the beginning, we created the company with an export vision. Therefore, our processes and staff meet global sanitation and hygiene standards required by international markets.
We base our quality assurance system on ISO regulations. In addition, we apply a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system to monitor every production stage.

Production Capacity and Facilities
Our production volume reaches 5,200 pigs per day across five working days each week. In addition, we can increase production up to 7,000 pigs per day when required.
We process approximately 100,000 metric tons of meat each year. Currently, 325 workers operate at our facilities.
The total plant area covers 50,000 m². Moreover, the production building covers 27,700 m². Our cold-storage room can store up to 2,000 pigs.
Our facilities include three vacuum packing lines with a capacity of 6,000 kg per hour. In addition, we operate two shrink wrap lines with a capacity of 4,000 kg per hour.
Furthermore, our freezing tunnel has a capacity of 1,000 m³. Our cold-storage room offers 26,000 m³ of storage space. We also provide refrigeration capacity of 10,000 m³ to support product preservation.
