Together, they produce 14,000 pigs per day in Girona, Northeast Spain. In addition, our modern facilities and advanced quality management systems ensure total product traceability and safety.

How We Operate & Our Products

Purchase of live animals from approved farms
Inspection of animal quality
Organization of transport logistics
Management of slaughter (one internal, two external facilities)
Inspection of carcass quality
Cutting operations in two processing rooms
Cold storage in two facilities for refrigeration and freezing
