Olot Meats Group is a leading name in the Spanish meat sector. It consists of three companies:

Together, they produce 14,000 pigs per day in Girona, Northeast Spain. In addition, our modern facilities and advanced quality management systems ensure total product traceability and safety.

As a prominent Spanish Meat Export Group, our facilities use state-of-the-art equipment. Furthermore, a team of skilled professionals and official veterinarians supervises every step of production:

  • Ante-mortem inspection of live animals

  • Slaughter process control

  • Post-mortem inspection

  • Carcass and entrails refrigeration

  • Cutting and packaging

  • Cold storage for refrigeration or freezing

Our traceability system tracks every stage from farm to final product. Therefore, clients can trust that each product is safe, high-quality, and fully certified.

How We Operate & Our Products

The Spanish Meat Export Group carefully manages each production step to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency:

  1. Purchase of live animals from approved farms

  2. Inspection of animal quality

  3. Organization of transport logistics

  4. Management of slaughter (one internal, two external facilities)

  5. Inspection of carcass quality

  6. Cutting operations in two processing rooms

  7. Cold storage in two facilities for refrigeration and freezing

All our products guarantee maximum quality and food safety. Moreover, they are backed by official veterinary seals, full traceability, and flexible processes.
